It looks like a publicity stunt and nothing more!
Veteran action stars Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone posed for a picture lying beside each other in hospital beds for ‘stunt-related’ injuries. The ‘coincidence’ was way too high for it to not be a publicity stunt.

The former governor of California posted a picture soon after it was announced that the two of Hollywod’s biggest action stars are going to star in a movie together called ‘The Tomb’. Both Schwarzenegger and Stallone were well-known for their rivalry during the 1980s in a bid to one up each other and be the biggest action star of that era. It appears the two have now shaken hands and made up.
Arnold said: 'After all the action, stunts and physical abuse shooting The Expendables 2 and The Last Stand, it was time for a little tune up on my shoulder.’ He added, ‘Look who was coincidentally waiting in line behind me for his shoulder surgery. Now we're ready for another round of great times and action when we shoot The Tomb.'

Both the Rambo and Rocky franchises were hugely lucrative, however, Arnold seemed to edge it due to the massive box office success of his movies, like the Terminator 2, Total Recall and Kindergarten Cop With movies like The Expendables 2 and The Last Stand, under their belts, the veteran action stars who have a massive fan following between them, are sure to make their fans happier with their latest announcement!
The Tomb is a prison-break adventure movie and will feature Schwarzenegger as an inmate opposite Stallone, who plays the designer of a master prison forced to escape from his own jailhouse. Directed by Mikael Hafstrom, "The Tomb" begins shooting in Louisiana this spring.
