Guess, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are truly made for each other. Only last week Selena Gomez was a Teenager’s Hero. She paid a visit to 13-year-old Hana Hwang suffering from progeria. And yesterday, her teenage heartthrob, Justin Bieber had a special Valentine.

Avalanna Routh is a 6-year-old girl who has been struggling with a rare, aggressive and deadly brain cancer ATRT almost all her life. She has been undergoing chemotherapy and radiation treatments. ATRT, or atypical teratoid rhabdoid tumor, is so rare that less than 30 new cases of the cancer are diagnosed in the U.S. each year. As of date, there is no cure for ATRT.

The little girl wanted to meet her heartthrob, Bieber in person. And on Valentine’s Day her wish came true with the help of the Jimmy Fund, a charity that has been helping children fight cancer for more than 60 years.

Bieber found out about Avalanna’s wish via Facebook, after her family appealed to him on Facebook. Bieber then flew Avalanna and her family from Merrimac, Boston to New York for a special Valentine’s day. The pair spent the afternoon playing board games, eating cupcakes, signing autographs for each other before deciding that they would get ‘married’. She was even allowed to style Justin Bieber’s world famous hair.

After the meeting when 6-year-old Avalanna was asked how long she had been in love with Bieber, she said, “Seven year. No, 80 years.” Avalanna was completely smitten following her Valentine’s Day date with Bieber and said, “I love Bieber...baby, baby" and sang from one of the superstar's hit songs.

She was not the only one ecstatic. Justin Bieber took to his twitter account and posted pictures of himself with Mrs. Bieber. He tweeted that he was ‘inspired’ after meeting Avalanna Routh who has fought a rare brain cancer since she was a baby.

He even adorably tweeted, “That was one of the best things i have ever done. she was AWESOME! Feeling really inspired now!” and then he added, “#MrsBieber really inspired me.”

Another tweet from Justin Bieber to his 17 million followers read, “Best part of my day” accompanied by a picture of the pair hugging. Obviously the tag, #MrsBieber became a global trend on Twitter soon after.

Avalanna’s mother Aileen told the msnbc Today show, “It was wonderful, just another fun moment…She's beaten all the odds. It's a very aggressive, rare disease, and she's been in treatment for five and a half years.”

The boy with the ‘Golden Heart’ truly made Valentine’s Day special for this little 6-year-old.
