So Rick Perry’s “Strong” ad for the 2012 presidential campaign stirred quite a controversy when it came out, though he might have been saved some embarrassment as the YouTube comments section is disabled, but you can read some of the comments here.

And what exactly do the youth think about this message? Well, Rafi and Benny Fine are back with Teens React and they really don’t like the advertisement either (and also declare Michele Bachmann as the best comedian EVER – hmm).

In this viral video the teens are asked who the ad might be targeting, well some plausible answers include: “Religious people - like the Amish, I don’t know if they have TV)”, “The working class,” and on why the people on YouTube might not like it one teen said, “I guess that shows that people who watch YouTube tend to be more liberal.”

Should the video be removed: “No… because I don’t want him to win! But if I was on his campaign team I would be like, ‘delete, delete, delete’!!”

Now Ricky Perry may approve of the message but the teens certainly don’t. And apparently many of the people who viewed the ad on YouTube don’t either - currently the number of dislikes has hiked up to 722,132.

Oh, and they’d rather leave the country and move to France if Perry was president – or wait four years for another ‘idiot’ to take over…. Ouch! Watch the whole video to see how these teenagers break down Perry's ad and what they think about the politics of our times.
