The dynamic duo returned to "Saturday Night Live" to reprise their memorable characters, especially Hillary Clinton and Sarah Palin, on the show.

This weekend’s Saturday Night Live was a trip down memory lane with Amy Poehler and Tina Fey reprising their two of their most notable impressions on the show.

Poehler's 2008 version of then-Senator and presidential candidate Hillary Clinton visited Kate McKinnon, the resident impersonator for Clinton in 2015, with a warning.

"On Christmas Eve 2007 I was cocky too and then someone named Barack Obama stumbled out of a soup kitchen with a basketball and a cigarette and stole my life," she begins.

But 2015 Clinton has nothing to worry about because she is running against "a human Birkenstock”  Bernie Sanders.

Soon, Fey, joins the two Clintons as Sarah Palin, the former Republican VP candidate and Alaskan governor.

"Oh yeah, we ran for president together," exclaims Fey’s Palin to the pair. "You poor thing, I heard that after you lost you had to become a secretary," she laments to 2008’s Clinton, who went on to serve as secretary of state to President Barack Obama.
