We all witnessed how Samy and Amy Bouzaglo, the owners of Amy’s Baking Company Bakery Boutique & Bistro, were abandoned by Gordon Ramsey on the season finale of his show Kitchen Nightmares because of their complicated nature!

Now, we are surprised to know that Amy’s Baking Company Hosting Grand Re-Opening on May 21, according to a press release posted to the restaurant's Facebook page.

We are very upset by what has taken place, apologize about the acrimony that has ensued but now must fight back to save our business. We hope and believe much good can result from what has transpired. We ask the public to keep an open mind as we begin to tell our side of the story,” Samy Bouzaglo said.

The Bouzaglos have hired PR firm Rose + Moser + Allyn Public and Online Relations and closed down their restaurant temporarily for the reopening and you might believe it or not the event is already sold out!

The press release mentioned:

The owners will likely be holding a press conference before the Grand Re-Opening and answer falsehoods depicted on a reality television show, including assertions that the restaurant confiscates tips from servers.

A fraction of the proceeds will go to an unidentified charity "organized to bring awareness to cyber bullying."

Whatever happens, it happens for good! We now expect better services at least from Amy’s baking Company after the ‘grand reopening’ and we hope the eatery won’t disappoint us this time. But we revised a lesson over here; negative publicity is not that bad after all. What do you think, let us know?
