The release of Beyoncé’s new Pepsi commercial, titled “Mirrors” came out today. Beyoncé’s Pepsi commercial pays a tribute to herself from the past to the present with a new slogan “Live for now”. Of course it would not be Beyoncé if there were not fierce dance moves and a lot of sexiness going on.

Beyoncé’s Pepsi commercial begins with Beyoncé dancing alone in a studio surrounded by mirrors, hence the title of the commercial. She stops because she is thirsty, so she takes a sip of Pepsi, then she proceeds to the dance floor.

When Beyoncé looks at herself in the mirror, all of a sudden she is back to her ‘Bootylicious’ self! She realizes she is looking into the past. She looks around and begins to see her former self from old music videos such as ‘Crazy in Love’, ‘Single Ladies’, ‘Déjà vu’, and ‘love on top’.  Then she dances with herself until the mirrors break. It ends with Beyoncé having another sip of her Pepsi saying, “embrace your past, but live for now.”
