Oscar-winning Zeta-Jones also said that exercise was extremely helpful to both her physical and mental health: "I don't have a trainer. Crazy, right? But I don't need anyone to motivate me. I love exercise, even things like the elliptical and stretching," she says. "It really helps my mood too, which, with the bipolar thing, is important."
These days she's infatuated with hula-hooping at least 20 minutes a day, "I discovered a new one at Danskin that's smaller and weighted," she says. that's smaller and weighted," she says.
The wife of movie star Michael Douglas mentions that her children, Dylan Michael Douglas, 12, and daughter Carys Zeta Douglas, 9, also serve as a kind of daily mood-booster.
