Game of Thrones fans know well that no one on this planet can drink a goblet of wine like Cersei Lannister.
The way she pours, drinks and insults people drinking with her is something that host Jimmy Kimmel finds really incredible and when Lena Headey came on his show on Monday night, he wondered if she could do the same – impromptu onstage – with him.
Headey agreed at once and proved, again, that she indeed deserved to play the role of the wicked now Queen Reagent of the Westeros.
She instantly slipped into character and as the two sipped wine out of goblets, they took turns to throw insults in each others face exactly as it happens on the series.
For people trying to cope with Game of Thrones withdrawal – the series finale aired on Sunday – this video could be of great help.
The fantasy drama television series was declared the most popular series in the history of the network it’s aired on – HBO.
“Episodes in the fourth season of the show have an average gross audience of 18.4 million, including repeat showings, video on demand and mobile streaming, which broke the record of 18.2 million set by the 2002 season of the mobster drama, The Sopranos,” Reuters reported on Thursday.
