It hasn’t even been two months and already Channing Tatum’s wife, Jenna Dewan-Tatum lost the baby weight. A picture was snapped the other day of Jenna at the filming of Witches of East End, revealing a much slimmed down post baby body. Jenna gave birth to their first baby, Everly, on May 31, 2013.
So what did Jenna Dewan-Tatum do to lose the pregnancy weight? That secret has yet to be revealed. But we do know that Channing Tatum’s wife was quite active before and during her pregnancy. Jenna was a dancer even before her acting career began, which is a sure way to stay in shape. She also enjoys a variety of workouts from hiking, spinning, cross fit, to boxing. She is also a vegan.
Before her big break in the movie Step Up (where she met hubby Channing Tatum) Jenna Dewan-Tatum was a background dancer for singers Janet Jackson, N’Sync, P.Diddy, Christina Aguilera, and more. During her pregnancy Jenna kept it a little lower key and did yoga.
Now Jenna Dewan-Tatum is back in action at work filming for the TV series Witches of East End. And from the looks of Jenna’s post-baby body it seems like she’s back into some kind of workout as well.
