Victims of Friday shooting Aurora incident at the screening of The Dark Knight Rises received the best surprise of their life when they were visited and greeted by the Batman themselves. In order to hush off any marketing motives that they be behind the move it has already been clarified by a spokesperson of Warner Brothers that Bale is there as himself and is not representing the studio.

A statement of condolence was earlier expressed by the actor that portrayed Batman in the entire superhero trilogy directed by Christopher Nolan. "Words cannot express the horror that I feel,” he said Saturday. “I cannot begin to truly understand the pain and grief of the victims and their loved ones, but my heart goes out to them.”
In addition to this photos of Bale with the injured victims have also been revealed. One of the injured is Carey Rottman, who was shot in the leg during the attack. It is interesting to note here that on the day of the shooting, Rottman posted a Facebook status which said: "Shot in the leg at Batman. Where is he when you need him. Please pray for everyone there."
The humanitarian gesture demonstrated by Bale by visiting the victims of Colorado shooting show that Batman is definitely the knight who is in favor of peace. Moreover, it also cements the fact that the academy award winning actor is with his fans and people no matter how grave the situation might be. It is definitely a move that must not be interpreted with any public relation move.
