Eddie Murphy returns to SNL

Yes, it's confirmed that Eddie Murphy will finally return to Saturday Night Live, to help celebrate the milestone 40th anniversary episode of the show. The comedian joined the cast in 1981 at the age of 19 and hasn’t been on the show for 30 years.

Murphy last appeared on SNL on Dec. 15, 1984, as a host, almost 10 months after he left the show as a cast member. He still remains the second youngest performer on the show’s history.

Let’s take a look at some of his hilarious sketches on the show, which has been a home for many famous artists and performers over the last four decades.
