We all loved the 2003 Oscar-winning animated movie ‘Finding Nemo.’ All we ever wanted from Pixar and Disney was to come up with a sequel to it. And our dream is finally coming true.
As much as we waited for its sequel, Ellen DeGeneres was also eagerly hoping for it to come out. One of the characters apart from Nemo and his dad that stood out in the movie was the friendly blue tang fish ‘Dory’ and Ellen was the voice actress for it.
Fortunately for Ellen, she’d be getting a second chance in the ocean as Pixar and Disney have finally conceded and there will be a Finding Nemo sequel, focused around Ellen’s character titled ‘Finding Dory.’
"I have waited for this day for a long, long, long, long, long, long time," DeGeneres said in a statement Tuesday.
Finding Dory will hit the theaters on Nov. 25, 2015.
