Stars attending the 70th annual Golden Globe awards will dine on a three-course menu, featuring flat iron beef and Chilean sea bass as the date for music industry’s most prestigious award looms.
The Beverly Hilton Hotel, along with the Hollywood Foreign Press, unveiled the menu for the 70th annual Golden Globes on Thursday, showing the details of the three-course meal that will be served.
The entree dish will be smoked flat iron beef with grilled sweet pickled pepper and orange Chilean sea bass with caramelized mint fennel pumpkin, yellow cauliflower, baby bak choy, and dill mashed potatoes.
That will be preceded by an appetizer dish of grilled artichoke with fennel tomato lemon mousse and pepper honey goat cheese on endive pear salad.
Saving the best for last, the dessert includes a cappuccino mousse dome, orange sanguine and chocolate salted caramel. And all that eating can make a star thirsty - celebrities will be quenching their thirst with Moet 2004 Grand Vintage Brut Champagne.
The 2013 Golden Globes will be handed out on January 13.
