Hulk Hogan Goes After Former Friend, Bubba With Sex Tape Lawsuit

Hulk Hogan is filing suit against his former friend, Bubba "The Love Sponge," over his now infamous sex tape.

According to a report Monday, Hogan is suing Bubba for invading his privacy and releasing footage of him and Bubba's wife.

It is unclear, at this point, what damages Hogan hopes to recover for the footage, which has been seen by many since it was released.

As previously reported, Hogan claimed he was unaware that a camera was not only in the room, but that it was actually recording his interaction with the woman.

"It's years. It's probably six years or more. I had no idea there was a camera set up," Hogan shared with "Piers Morgan Tonight."

Earlier this month Hogan also claimed that Bubba was a close friend and expressed doubt that he would do something like this.

"He's been such a close friend. I would have to see that to believe it," Hogan said of allegations that Bubba said he would release the video if he ever wanted to retire.
