The Ebola survival rate in some West African countries is only 20%. These American superstars outline what is needed to decrease deaths.

Jennifer Lawrence and many of her Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1 film co-stars are speaking to Americans in a new video public service announcement hoping to clear up misinformation about the Ebola virus.

In the video titled "ESF #MisinformationHack," she urges watchers to stop worrying about the virus in North America. The actors ask for the focus to be on the continuing health problems West Africa that cause the deadly virus's spread.

In the final moments of the video, Jennifer is asked by a castmate:

'Know what would happen if you got ebola?'

'I'd be fine,' Jennifer replied.

'You have a lot of doctors,' the actor replies.

One of the PSA's main points is that more doctors are needed in West Africa to fight the virus.

FYI: Jennifer Lawrence was just named Forbes's most bankable star of 2014.
