Jason Sudeikis made an appearance on David letterman’s Late Show on Wednesday night. While chatting with the talk show host he said that he won’t be a cast member of ‘Saturday Night Live’ anymore.
"I'm definitely done," Sudeikis said. "I'm gonna leave. I'm not coming back next fall."
The actor has spent eight years as a cast member and two years as a writer for the NBC sketch comedy.
Sudeikis told Letterman that his time on the show has been "really, really amazing."
There were rumors about Sudeikis leaving the show from quite some time, but now it’s finally official. He had a tiring election year on "Saturday Night Live". His portrayal of Mitt Romney and Vice President Joe Biden will be remembered for long.
