Jennifer Lawrence Singing “Have A Holly Jolly Christmas" Might Be The Funniest Thing You'll Watch Today

Jennifer Lawrence doesn’t always sing, but when she does – it’s terrible.

In case you missed it, Jennifer Lawrence was on The Late Show with David Letterman this week and the host tricked her into doing one of the (very) few things the talented actress simply can’t do – he made her sing.

The 24-year-old actress was talking about how she gets to sing in the new Hunger Games movie and how she just cannot sing in front of an audience.

“I do not like singing in front of other people. It’s like my biggest fear,” she said. “I cried on set that day and apparently I’m crying all the time. That was awful. I’m like scarred from my childhood because I have a southern mother who would just tell me that I was amazing at everything, that I could do everything. But, I can’t.”

Still, Letterman was adamant and eventually made Lawrence belt out a line from Burl Ives’s “A Holly Jolly Christmas” – the same song she performed in front of her school when she was 8 years old.

There is also a hilarious duet towards the end of the video. Don’t miss it.
