From Sweeney Todd to Jack Sparrow, the versatile actor who has portrayed the most brilliant roles in Hollywood cinema, Johnny Depp might just quit acting!
Depp in an interview with BBC News said that his latest film, "The Lone Ranger," could be his last and that there are things apart from acting that he would like to do:
"At a certain point, you start thinking, and when you add up the amount of dialogue that you say per year, for example, and you realize that you've said written words more than you've actually had a chance to say your own words, you start thinking of that as a kind of insane option for a human being."
Well, Depp might not be retiring in near future, as he has movies in the pipeline, including Alice in the wonderland sequel and the fifth installment of Pirates of the Caribbean but his farewell to movies is probably not too far away now.
While fans are surprised and are not ready to lose Depp, there are some who think, it's the right time for Depp to say goodbye to his successful acting career.
What do you think? Are you ready to see no Depp in movies anymore or even the idea of it makes you weep? Let us know with your comments.
