Katy Perry gets ready to ride the Superman roller coaster at Six Flags Great America on Monday (August 22) in Chicago, Ill.

The 26-year-old pop star, who took a break from her California Dreams tour, enjoyed a day out with her dancers and concert crew riding Raging Bull, Ultimate Flight, and Batman: The Ride.

“On a scale of 1-10 how would u rate this photo on roller coaster form? Look at that point! Full twerk,” Katy tweeted along with a pic of her on one of the rides.

Katy also took time to thank fans for helping her to become the first woman to have five songs from one album hit the top spot on the Billboard Hot 100.

“Happy 1 year birthday to Teenage Dream! We made history, it’s been a beautiful year! SO thankful!,” she wrote on her Twitter page.
