After taking a quick peek the Colombian born actress said she thought the statues look hot.

"I think they're perfect. I really think that they did a great job. And for me it's an honor. I hope that the people, you know, enjoy coming to Madame Tussauds and take pictures with me."

One figure will be displayed in Las Vegas wearing a costume from Vergara's hit U.S. sitcom "The Modern Family."

She credits her role as Gloria in the show for her success and popularity in America.

The New York statue is more glamorous - dressed in one of the actress' favorite gowns.

Vergara will get back to her Telenovela roots in July when she stars in a new show that will air in Latin America.
