‘Go hard or go home,’ is the motto that Madonna chooses to live by. However, in this video, she not only says, but shows it.
This 55-year-old pop icon is leading a dance class at her Hard Candy Fitness Gym in Toronto.

Hard Candy Fitness is a series of fitness centers co-owned by Madonna, her manager Guy Oseary and Mark Mastrov, the founder and CEO of 24 Hour Fitness.
The fitness center, founded in 2010 ,has branches in Berlin, Mexico City, Moscow, Rome, Santiago, St. Petersburg, Sydney and Toronto.
The company’s motto is "Harder is Better" and the the name comes from Madonna's 2008 studio album Hard Candy.
Madonna, in the meanwhile, is all set to direct a film, an adaptation of Rebecca Walker's debut novel Ade: A Love Story.
It tells the story of an American student who falls in love with a young Muslim man in Kenya and the ensuing clash of cultures.
This would be her third film after WE, Filth and Wisdom.
