One Direction Settles Same Name Lawsuit With Stateside Band!

Directioners can now breathe easy!

It seems as though the Brit boyband One Direction won’t be changing their name anytime soon!

We previously reported on how the chart-topping Brit group had been caught up in a $1 million lawsuit from another group with the same name!

After 1D’s record label decided to countersue back in June, it looks as though a resolution has finally been reached!

One Direction will continue to use their name, while the US-based group will be changing its name to Uncharted Shores.
