It should be no surprise that Saturday Night Live channeled Star Wars: The Force Awakens this weekend. After all, the SNL host was none other than the new Star Wars villain.
The new movie was parodied with guest host Adam Driver’s character Kylo Ren posing as “Matt” in an episode of Undercover Boss. And the show did not disappoint.
Driver’s Kylo Ren goes undercover as radar technician, dressed in a blonde wig, asking around everyone on Starkiller Base what they think of Kylo Ren. Even though “Matt” thinks no one know who he is, everyone on Star Killer Base knows he’s really Kylo Ren. He even learns the ways of the workforce, along with some important life lessons.
The skit poked fun at all of the candidates, giving impersonations of Donald Trump, Ted Cruz, Chris Christie, Jeb Bush, Ben Carson and Marco Rubio.
The filmed piece has the potential to become an instant classic for SNL.
