The pop star drops a new album, picks up a new title.

Super Excited Taylor Swift has the number one song on iTunes from her new album 1989 that dropped today. The title is "Welcome to New York," and now she can add "Ambassador" to her list of already impressive titles.

The 24-year-old singer went on Good Morning America today and talked about her new role as the Global Welcome Ambassador for New York.

“I’m still learning but I’m so enthusiastic about this city that I feel like when I love something, I’m very vocal about it,” Taylor said. “I just go around going like, ‘Everybody, New York is amazing.’ So I think they just picked up on that and they gave me, like, a title.”

We're, like, proud of you Taylor!
