In the commercial, Sutherland recalls about a girl named Susan Glenn, with whom he could never have a chance with. Using quirky poetry and CGI, we are shown a blend of reality and imagination in the story of his high-school crush.

Even though Axe kept it classy and sophisticated, the message is still clear: Douse yourself with axe, and you’ll get the girl of your dreams.
