Our Hollywood divas always manage to remain in the limelight by one way or the other. Either they come up with an excellent or horrible movie or else they are in news because of their break ups and hookups, at times they surprise their fans and reporters with their new looks, new avatars which are usually made possible with lots and lots of plastic surgeries.

These surgeries, are they necessary? How can needles be taken to your lips, cheeks and foreheads to look younger and better? Why becoming real to fake for Hollywood standards? These are some of the questions that people have always debated upon and much has been talked about it already! 

Here we bring to you Hollywood diva’s that have gone through multiple plastic and cosmetic surgeries to become what they are today and God knows how many more surgeries they’ll opt for to remain in the loop and for the Hollywood’s perfection obsession!

Let’s start with our beloved Beyonce!

Former member of the group Destiny’s Child, looks a bit different if we compare older pictures with more recent ones.  Her nose before was bigger and thicker and now it looks more defined, of course suggesting a rhinoplasty or as we say in layman language a nose job!

Beyonce has been rumored to have breast augmentation and possible liposuction. Also her lips look thinner than before which indicates that she got some lip reduction as well.

Though whatever she has done with herself, she looks gorgeous!

Plastic surgeon Dr Anthony Youn has said, “It does appear that her nose has been thinned to look more elegant. It matches her face well, is not overdone, and overall looks great. She has extraordinary grace in front of the camera.”

All right so now who doesn’t know Lady Gaga! Famous for her trend setting songs and looks she has also gone through some major cosmetic surgeries and one of the most evident one is her nose job!

Talking to Daily Mail, actress Angelina Jolie denied any plastic surgery procedure in the past: "I haven't had anything done and I don't think I will... But if it makes somebody happy then that's up to them. I'm not in somebody else's skin to know what makes them feel better about themselves. But I don't plan to do it myself."
