In this episode of the Truth Serum: Are U.S. soldiers, contractors and Government employees above International law? Sgt. Robert Bales killed sixteen Afghan citizens while they slept in their homes, this included nine children. He was whisked out of Afghanistan, Raymond Davis was plucked out of Pakistan after he killed two individuals in cold blood in Lahore. Should soldiers accused of rape, torture, killings and heinous crimes in foreign lands be tried according to the law in those countries? or at the International Criminal Court? or are they above the law? Would the U.S. allow another country to extricate their accused citizens from its territory?
