After Miranda Kerr had a 10 pound baby, she had to snap back into shape asap. She is a Victoria’s Secret model after all. Miranda explained that one of the keys to her diet plan and staying in shape is doing Pilates. “I like doing Pilates because you can target the areas, and be real specific. And it’s really good with building your core strength,” explained Miranda.
If you want to get in the best shape, then having the best nutrition is a must. Miranda Kerr’s diet is extremely healthy; she is even a certified nutritionist and health coach! Miranda revealed in a Victoria’s Secret interview that she eats plenty of super foods such as: goji berries, acai powder, and noni juice.
However, for as healthy as Miranda is, she does allow herself to splurge at times into some not so healthy foods. According to Women’s Fitness Miranda stated that she adopts the 80/20 rule: "I adopt the 80/20 rule. 80% healthy and organic, 20% indulgent and that works for me and my body personally. I indulge occasionally and avoid counting calories."
If you have not had a baby or are not breast feeding, then this one does not apply to you. But if you are, then you’re in luck! Miranda explained that breast feeding helped her in so many ways. It is healthy for the baby and the mother, and it helps you lose weight, so if you can you should definitely do it.
