If you have not yet found the perfect gift to give her do not panic. To help those of you who have a hard time coming up with ideas on your own, we have compiled a list of some Mother’s Day 2014 gift ideas she is sure to love.
1. Make her favorite meal.
Cooking might sound too easy (and if you already cook for your mother often then you may want to choose a different gift from the list). But as they say, the way to the heart is through the stomach!
2. Make a gift basket with some nice spa products. Bath and Body Works, Target, and Sephora are some great stores for finding little inexpensive products so you can fill it up.
3) Custom make some mason jars (Click here to see a video how to do that). Just paint her name on it or whatever you’d like. Then put flowers inside.
4. Give her a nice smelling candle. Make sure it’s a sent she loves. You can also put it inside a nice candle holder to make it prettier.
5. Buy or make her some jewelry and put it in a pretty box and wrapping.
Getting a tangible gift on Mother's Day is one way you can show her you care, but it is not the only way. At the end of the day mothers just want to feel loved and appreciated. Giving the gift of spending quality time is what really counts. As someone once said, "The greatest gift you can give someone is your time. Because when you give your time, you are giving a portion of your life you will never get back."
