She knows how to carry herself pretty well. And if she trips, we love it and compare her to a weeping Disney princess.The reason everyone likes her is because she is as close to (real) life as anybody else.

2. Lawrence has blatantly accepted that she hates dieting
 
‘I’m miserable when I’m dieting. I think it’s really important for girls to have people to look up to and feel good about themselves, but I’m just so sick of these young girls with diets,’ said Lawrence.
 
And full points for her honesty that she even revealed she was starving on the way to the Oscars on Feb 24 because she hadn't eaten all day.
 
 
3. J-law neither wants herself to go on a diet nor wants her fans to bear the painful trauma

 

 

Lawrence who is currently filming the second installment of the popular franchise, The Hunger Games, said that she would never diet for a part in a film. "I'm never going to starve myself for a part," Lawrence said. ‘I don't want little girls to be like, ‘Oh, I want to look like Katniss, so I'm going to skip dinner,’’ she said of her character in ‘The Hunger games’.

This is probably one of the most important reasons of J-Law’s stunning and beautiful body. She loves herself and is proud of how she looks. ‘I like the way I look,’ she said. Lawrence accepts that her size 8-10 frame doesn’t fit the typical Hollywood bill but she gives a damn about it as she believes in looking fit and strong, not thin and underfed. ‘In Hollywood, I'm obese. I'm considered a fat actress,’ she said. ‘I do want the stick-thin trend to end.'

Now that should be the attitude. You need to start appreciating yourself first about how look. It adds confidence to your personality.

4. J-Law believes in working out to stay smart but isn’t a fan of exercising

Lawrence believes in exercising and training when it comes to maintaining her body shape for her character but she isn’t a fan of exercising, just like any other girl. “I hate saying, 'I like exercising’.” I want to punch people who say that in the face,” says J-Law

The most desirable woman in Hollywood has admitted the fact that the loves junk food. “I eat like a caveman, I’ll be the only actress who doesn’t have anorexia rumors," Lawrence told Elle magazine recently.
