Erin Laung Worth, a 22-year-old Australian student survived a freak accident from a 365-foot fall when she went bungee jumping on December 31, 2011. Her bungee cord snapped and broke and she plunged into the Zambezi River at Victoria Falls, in the Zimbabwe-Zambia border. It is a miracle that this woman survived. Not only did she fall 365-feet, the Zambezi River is also a crocodile-infested river.
“It went black, and I felt like I had been slapped all over. I actually had to swim down and yank the cord on whatever it was caught into. I definitely think it’s a miracle that I survived”, explained Erin. According to CNN the cord broke at just the right spot that she was close enough to the water to avoid any serious injuries.
