A Denver, Colorado high school student Sydney Spies photo has been banned from her high school yearbook for being too sexy. The editors of the high school yearbook felt that the picture of Sydney is too revealing for the yearbook. Sydney posed for the yearbook pic in a flowing yellow skirt, and black midriff top that was off the shoulder.

According to ABC news Spies parents approve of the photo and are protesting, along with a handful of other students, that the photo be admitted. Spies explained to the Herald, “I feel like they are not allowing me to have my freedom of expression. I think the administration is wrong in this situation, and I don’t want this to happen to other people”

Sydney Spies is 18 years of age which makes her legally and adult. In spite of her age the administrators reasoned that the photo violates student dress code. What do you think, should the photo be admitted? Or is it entirely inappropriate for a yearbook to have a picture like this?
