Happiness is not just an emotion or a state of mind; it is actually healthy for you. Those who are happy in their lives are naturally good people with fine habits and they are also better at managing their relationships.
We all want to be happier in our lives. However, what is often ignored is to learn how to stay happy. Those who are, they are not trying; they just are happy.
Now that the year is ending, I thought it would be interesting to put together some ways to become a happier person in the coming year.
