Bihari kabab are spicy, juicy and just too good to do without during Eid season! Just remember if your taste buds aren’t used to too much spices, adjust the quantities to your taste or better yet, just have it with a cool cucumber and yoghurt dip.
Ingredients:
1 kg lean meat cut in thin long slices
1/2 cup fried and crushed onions
125 gm yogurt
1 cup boiled onion paste
1 Tbsp poppy seed powder
2-3 tbsp Papaya paste (to be used as a tenderizer)
2 Tbsp Red Chili powder
1 Tbsp cumin seed powder
1 Tsp Black pepper powder
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
1/4 Tbsp mace and nutmeg powder
3 Tbsp ginger paste
1/2 cup oil

Instructions
Marinade beef slices in the above mentioned ingredients and leave for at least 3 hrs or for best results keep over night.
Put them on BBQ skewers. Insert 2-3 slices in each skewer and then spread them lightly over the skewer.
Prepare your BBQ grill and heat coal well to BBQ beef skewers, place the skewers on the grill and turn them periodically so that they cook evenly. It would take each skewer 8-10 minutes to be done.
