Men Risk Lives To Steal Meat From Lions (Video)

For most people, bumping into a pack of 15 bloodthirsty and hungry lions would be equivalent to committing suicide, but for people searching for a meal in the harsh terrains of Africa, this is more of an opportunity to feast. Incredibly, the tribal population in Africa is now making a practice of stealing food from packs of lion.

Their hunt for the feat begins by finding tracks of a lion pride on the hunt for food. The oldest member in the trio at the age of 65 leads the way, and sooner than expected they come across the signs of a fresh kill. Soon, they are face to face with 15 lions tearing into a dead wild beast. Instead of surrendering, the massively outnumbered men begin to plan their attack. In their planned strategy of intimidating the pack, the trio stands up together and starts walking towards the lions confidently. Nothing happens in the beginning.

But, incredibly, as the men continue their confident march towards the group, a number of lions begin to run away, obviously fearing for their own lives. With the men getting closer to the dead animal, all the lions disperse and instead watch eagerly from the fringes.

The men have to be quick when stealing meat as the lions will make a return once they realize they have been fooled. However, before any unexpected event could take place, the men get their meat and head back for home.
