Then the next day you brush your lips, the next morning you have smooth lips,” explained Miss Universe Aruba.
Using ice on your face in the mornings will help you wake up no doubt. But did you know that it also has anti-aging benefits? “Using ice on your face helps to stimulate your circulation. And if you use ice in the morning, for sure you don’t need coffee to wake up,” said Miss Universe Estonia.

Miss Universe St. Lucia reveals how she keeps her skin so beautiful. “I use limes to scrub my skin every other day,” explained St. Lucia. Olivia Culpo asked her how she uses it. “Just peel out the limes or squeeze the juice into a cotton ball.” Be careful not to get it into your eyes though.
