Every year, Sports Illustrated's swimsuit issue puts a waif thin model in a teeny bikini (and sometimes even less) splashing around. But what about women who don't fit that mold?
A swimsuit company that specializes in plus-sized suits recreated the magazine cover for its own calendar. Instead of three half-dressed, super skinny models, there are half-dressed women who more accurately represent how women look in the real world.
The shoot celebrates the idea of "sexy at every curve," according to Swimsuits for All. The models also talk about positive body image, healthier attitudes and, above all, shakin' what you've got.
