2012 leaves us. For many around the world, the world was supposed to end. It didn’t. Oh well, we have been disappointed before! Nothing world shattering (pun not intended, seriously!)
But as the world prepares for another year, here’s a look at a few things and moments that will not leave us any time soon!
For one reason or another, the following have been the most memorable for the past twelve months!
A Commercial By TNT That We Will Not Soon Forget!
There may have been films like Skyfall, Dark Knight, Ted, Marley, Zero Dark Thirty and The Avengers that were the talk of the town but for us, Les Miserables took the cake!
Most Photogenic Guy
Remember this fellow?
Zeddie Little set out to run a 10 km race in Charleston, South Carolina and ended up being all over the internet as the most photogenic man!. After the first picture of him was posted online, he gained notability because people found him impressively photogenic.
Most Tantalizing Trailer!
Dark Knight takes the credit for putting out a trailer that blew every one away and built up mammoth expectations for the movie!
Most Well Dressed
Kate Middleton, Gwyneth Paltrow, Emma Watson… From casual to chic American model, television and film actress .Jessica Alba wins the title for the best year from us this year!
And since we are on the topic of sleek and sexy, here is our next best thing for the year past!
Most Thrilling of the year!
Felix Baumgartner’s record breaking jump from space not only shattered the sound barrier but all the records for jaw-dropping-adrenalin-pumping awesomeness!
Best ‘Frozen-in-time-for-all-eternity Moment!
Remember this spunky lady? McKayla Maroney didn’t just win medals but a lot of attention as well.
In the world of Sports, Messi was one of the luckiest ones. He broke the 40-year-old record for most goals in a single calendar year, previously held by legendary German striker Gerd Muller.
There is still time for it to get even higher by the end of the year, but there is no doubting that the 25-year-old is destined to be so much more before the end of his career.
Definitely the softest and the sweetest!
