Today is the day that the #SFBATKID Miles Scott received the surprise of a lifetime. The Make-A-Wish foundation turned San Francisco into Gotham City and five-year-old Miles into Batman aka #SFBATKID. Thousands of people came out to support Miles and cheer him on as he saved lives in San Francisco Gotham City. Below are some heartwarming photos of Miles' day all the people who came out to support Batkid.

The day began with a breaking story from the San Francisco Chronicle dedicating a special front cover to Miles. The headline read: “Gotham City Chronicle: BATKID Saves City.”

Then Batkid and The Caped Crusader took off in the bat mobile to rescue a “damsel in distress” from cable car tracks.

Next #SFBATKID’s services were needed once again. Batkid took off as he went to capture The Riddler in the act of robbing a downtown vault.

After a long morning of saving San Francisco Gotham City, Batkid was hungry. So they decided to go to Union Square’s Burger Bar for a bite to eat.

After lunch the San Francisco Police Chief sent a urgent message to Batkid to look out the window because Mr. P kidnapped San Francisco’s mascot Lou Seal. When Miles looked out of Burger Bar’s window, he saw a huge crowd of volunteers asking for #SFBATKID to help save Lou Seal.

Once Batkid has saved the day, Miles will appear at City Hall where the Police Chief and Mayor of San Francisco will give Batkid the key to the city and congratulate him. We will continue to follow up and keep you updated on Miles' response and what other had to say about this touching event here at Carbonated.TV.
