Move over pumpkin spice latte. How about some beer on your next Starbucks visit?
Posting about love for Starbucks' pumpkin spice latte blows up on social media when fall arrives. It seems like everyone is crazy for the creamy pumpkin pie-flavored drink.
Can Starbucks recreate that passion with a new flavor - beer?
Non-alcoholic, the taste is based on Guinness - the widely popular dark Irish stout. The new drink is being tested at stores in two lucky states, Ohio and Florida.
Called the Dark Barrel Latte, the drink is topped with whipped cream and caramel sauce.
"We regularly test new beverages, and testing is an essential part of bringing the Starbucks experience to our customers," a Starbucks representative told Mashable. "We’re looking forward to learning more from the test, but do not have additional information to share on future availability of this product in our stores."
