Aliens are for real and they care about our mother Earth more than we do ourselves – claims the former Canadian Defence Minister Paul Hellyer.
The 90-year-old politician – who was an aeronautical engineer and licensed pilot before entering politics – firmly believes that not only do aliens exist, ‘they look just like us and they could walk down the street and you wouldn’t know if you walked past one.’
But that was just the beginning. The man made a series of other outlandish pronouncements in the controversial interview with Russian show SophieCo. For the sake of our sanity, we won’t publish all of what he said, but some of his crazy claims are: “We have a long history of UFOs and of course there has been a lot more activity in the last few decades since we invented the atomic bomb.
“They are very concerned about that and that we might use it again, because the whole cosmos as a unity, and it affects not just us but other people in the cosmos, they are very much afraid that we might be stupid enough to start using atomic weapons again.”
Then, the honorable Mr. Hellyer presented his astonishing insight on how friendly the extraterrestrial life is towards humans. “I would say that nearly all are benign and benevolent and they do want to help us, there may be one or two species which do not,” he said.
Need more proof that aliens are good, affable people? Just read what he said next: “They would like to work with us and teach us better ways but only, I think, with our consent. They don’t think we are good stewards of our planet.”
Seems like this Hellyer guy has this alien myth all figured out. By the way, this is not the first time he has said something of this nature. The guy has a decades-long history of speaking his mind on ET topics that dates back to 1967. He is 90 now, so bear with him for a short while and these bizarre disclosures would become alien too.
