Anderson Cooper Blasts Pat Robertson For His Theory About Gays Spreading AIDS Through Rings (VIDEO)

Anderson Cooper on CNN blasted Pat Robertson on Wednesday for the televangelist’s nonsensical theory about homosexual people ‘intentionally’ spreading AIDS through special rings.

You know what they do in San Francisco, some in the gay community there they want to get people so if they got the stuff they’ll have a ring, you shake hands, and the ring’s got a little thing where you cut your finger. Really. It’s that kind of vicious stuff, which would be the equivalent of murder,” Robertson had said on Tuesday.

“Really?” Cooper said. “A ring that gives you AIDS. I've never seen that particular section of Zales. Have you?”

He continued, “I totally understand that Pat Robertson is against same-sex marriage. He just doesn’t wasn’t to give gay men a reason to wear ring.”

Cooper then demolished Pat Robertson with his sarcastic takedown by pointing out the televangelist’s past hateful comments about the LGBT community on his show and ridiculous advice to people on different issues.
