The video very clearly shows how dangerous can an unhappy customer be. 42-year-old Jason Codner destroyed a T-Mobile Store in Manchester due to an apparent row over a refund for a mobile phone contract. Codner tore displays and products off the wall and sprayed everything down with a fire extinguisher as staff watched in disbelief.
Five burly police officers turn up seconds later and the man smiles at them and tell them that he is OK. He is then arrested by the police after they were able to disperse the crowd. Since the incident Codner has been charged with criminal damage and causing alarm, he will appear in court at the end of the month.
Meanwhile, a spokesman for T-Mobile who slogan is Life is for Sharing said that the company was aware about the footage and was investigating necessary details. Nonetheless, the video will serve as an example for all those stores who dare displease their customers.
