Men have always been curious about the fact why women take so much time in restrooms. What keeps them busy for so long? Who knew that some of them will get so curious that they’ll install a two-way mirror in the women’s toilet to actually see what’s happening, in fact paying to see what’s happening inside the restroom.
It might sound weird but this has actually happened. The Shimmy Club in Scotland reportedly installed a two-way mirror in its women’s restroom, allowing men to see inside it from a private room.
The bathroom can be seen from two of the Scottish club’s private rooms or VIP rooms that can be for £800 a night, or about $1,200 and it’s reported that women had no clue about the spyglass in the restroom.
Like everything else these days, social media revealed the see through mirror to the rest of the world as men have shared their photos with the two-way mirror where women can be seen in the background.
After the news got public, the nightclub posted on Facebook that they’ll make changes if their customers insist.

Glasgow MSP Drew Smith said about the weird set up, “I think most of us find the concept of a voyeur toilet disturbing. Women using a washroom should not have to worry about whether they are part of some kind of bizarre peep show.”
An online petition has also been started calling for awards that were given to venue owner G1 Group to be retracted.
Honestly speaking something like this should be nipped in the bud. No one wants it to become a trend.Allowing two-way mirrors in restrooms is highly immoral and unethical. The question is that where’s your customers privacy? Isn’t it actually dodging your customers for a handful of money? Allowing men to peep into women’s restrooms is completely sexist and disrespectful. What do you think? Do you have anything to add into this? Share your thought in the comments section below.
