Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the younger of the two brothers accused of the Boston Marathon bombing, has been captured after a standoff with police in Watertown, Boston. He was spotted hiding under or in the boat by a thermal imaging camera from a helicopter. Police surrounded him, and gunfire was exchanged. It was unclear for a while if Dzhokhar had any more bombs in his arsenal.
All of a sudden, a wave of applause was heard, and police seemed to relax and start to walk away. The suspect is in custody and is on his way to the hospital. No officers were hurt in the standoff, which is a tremendous relief.
