Behold the sight:
The body language; the stance; the grip on the gold sword; that look in the royal eyes-make one quake… with nothing other than suppressed laughter of course. Meet Prince Charles of the Great Britain in his perfect little Saudi attire.
But we have to ask, what in Hades' name was he thinking?
We have to ask, what is behind Prince Charles’s Lawrence of Arabia garb that has turned him into Prince Charles bin Saud?
We’ve come up with a few and here they are:
- Trip down memory lane: A schizophrenic trip to the memory lane might result in something like this.
- Cosplay: Not having a chance to rule his own people he costume-plays his fantasy in a foreign land that is more tolerant of his antic than his own… Queen mother.
- The world got to him: The recent Saudi-Israeli moonlighting has got the ‘world powers’ at their wits end as how to placate and lure back the oil rich Kingdom?
- Or, drum roll, mother of all rumors: Maybe the speculations/rumors of his converting to Islam were not really all that fickle?
Observe the body language:
At a loss
‘What have I gotten myself into?’
‘Am I doing it right mum?’
The forced ‘See I so fit in’ look
The brief moment he realized what he was there for - a silent and salient message for the Arabs to behave or…
Here are some people who got the idea:

On hearing that one is considered a young prince at the age of 66 in Saudi Arabia, Prince Charles does this -> pic.twitter.com/qYhGueahul— Karl Sharro (@KarlreMarks) February 18, 2014
I find this picture of Charles unbelievably disturbing I can't even think of a funny caption http://t.co/Sq8rFARGjX— Bryan Appleyard (@BryanAppleyard) February 19, 2014
