Feb 16 - Venezuelans have voted to scrap the term limits on re-election, clearing the way for President Hugo Chavez to stay in power until hes voted out of office. His current term ends in 2013. The defeat was a huge blow for the opposition, which had made some gains in recent years. Chavez swept to power 10-years ago promising to help the poor and end the rule of corrupt elites. But he says he needs another 10-years in power to secure his socialist revolution. Helen Long reports.
