Rescue workers treat a toddler who was buried in mud after Typhoon Bopha swept through the southern part of the Philippines in the aftermath of the most powerful typhoon to hit the country this year.
At least 283 people are dead and as many as 300 are missing.
Bopha left a trail of destructions across the Southern Philippines, flattening homes and knocking out power and communications throughout the area. Survivors sought shelter anywhere they could. Many say theyre worried about mudslides and falling trees. Nearly 87,000 people have been displaced.
