Striking agricultural workers clashed with police in a row over government policies they say are hitting profits.
In some areas police fired tear gas at protesters who blocked roads and bombarded them with rocks and molotov cocktails.
There were similar scenes around the country during this second wave of strikes over government policies the workers say stop them selling their produce.
These citrus producers spread fruit over a road to show how bitter they're feeling.
The fruit growers aren't alone. Potato, corn and milk producers also complain that free trade agreements with Europe and the U.S make it difficult to compete with cheap imports.
