Yet again a bizarre footage has been released by North Korean state-run television.

Yet again a bizarre footage has been released by North Korean state-run television.

The video shows DPRK soldiers training dogs to jump  through flaming holes and to attack an effigy of South Korean Defense Minister Kim Kwan-jin, who is also known as North Korea’s enemy number one.

It is apparently a message to the South Korean military that DPRK is ready for battle.

Tensions have been escalating between South and North Korea after the latter conducted a nuclear test in February. North Korea has released several propaganda videos and warnings to South Korea and the United States after both the countries started joint military drills.

Furthermore, a news report suggests that North Korea is planning for a fourth nuclear test.
